This App is the best for finding the content of non-commercial foods, vitamins & minerals. Has enormous detail with graphs for quick assessment of food content. Excellent work!!!
Exactly what I needed. Tons of information and a great layout! Looking forward to future updates and hoping more superfoods will be included.
The updates to this app have taken it from helpful to valuable! Before, the searchable database was incomplete and not scalable. Now there is the ability to search quantity, recommended serving information according to age, gender pregnancy etc. The only constructive criticism I have is regarding fonts and table size. The font isnt easy to read on a mobile device screen. I like the font, but in another type of platform. A clear crisp font, such as Times New Roman is easy to read. The table for the info guide should be larger, or able to fit to full screen when the phone or tablet is in landscape orientation. Currently, the info screen is something I need to bypass because its too small to read, even if I put a pair of reading glasses over my new prescription glasses. :). Over all a great improvement to the original app!

Some bad moments

This app is a waste of money. I was hoping to be able to at least say "I ate xx ounces of yy food" and then get RDA %. It didnt even give RDA! And the graphs are are scaled uniformly, who cares if I got 1mg of copper and 3mg of calcium.... You want to know what youre getting relative to your bodys needs. This app is a borderline scam.
Pretty nice app. Ive been impressed with most everything about it, except I cant figure out how to send in suggestions for foods to add that arent there (e.g. hominy). Show me that and you get five stars.

This is a good start but I hope you will be adding more info, such as types of fat in different foods, which foods compliment each other for absorption, etc. Right now it is pretty much a glorified chart, but there is a lot of good information in there. I think it will be a handy reference. I look forward to future updates.
Eating vegan these days and when I want to know the nutrient content of what I am cooking it is so handy. One fruit I noticed is missing is plantains. Over all it is laid out to be very user friendly.
Ive been looking for an app with this capability. PLEASE break down the carbs to show the grams of sugar
