Vitamin 101 helps me in choosing fruits & veggies for a good balance of minerals & nutrients for my juicing. I lost 34 lbs in 30 days, just juicing with the guidance of this app. Im always recommending this app to friends
So I work a lot but I am also trying to get my kinesiology degree! This app is perfect for anybody interested in taking care of their body, dieting, bulking, or planning to become a nutritionist! Great work by the developers!
This app is complete and flawless!!! Great information presented very easily yet with great analysis tools. I truly find it helpful whenever I feel to go off diet as much as I do when I am on a diet - amazing educational tool for a long term results to live healthy.
I thought it tracked food I eat... Its just info that I can find on the Internet... Eh Save your $1.99
Terrible app! Save your money! Wish I could get mine back! The most generic food nutritional forum you can find for free online. No identification of brands and or types of food or drink. Example, syrup. Do you think all of the brands and types of this product have the same nutritional statistics? Aunt Jamia vs pure maple syrup. How about beer? It gives nutritional facts on light and regular beer....really thats it? Do you think there might be a few types of beer or do they only all have the same nutritional statistics as the 2 examples shown?
Wow really easy to use. The food items are organized in different categories, so just select one and then the products. The best thing is beautiful pictures and description of the food. I wanted to try new foods and eat healthy as a New Years resolution. Helps me perfectly!
The How To Guide is entirely too small for the screen of an iPhone 5s and size can not be increased/zoomed in for ease of reading. On iPhone 5s this guide is useless.
The information provided by this app is really outdated. Particularly information concerning fats and cholesterol. The app states that certain oils such as canola are good for you. This is incorrect, in addition, the information about vitamin A toxicity and vitamin deficiencies are incorrect. The information in this app is mainstream science from at least 50 years ago. Needs updating.
